BOWIE FOR PRESIDENT 2052!! Meet Bowie. She is an amazing little bundle of sunshine and I was so happy to get together with her and her awesome parents, Lizzie and Drew, for their fall family photos in Los Angeles a few weeks ago!
How gorgeous is this light out in the foothills of Malibu?! LOOOOOOOOOVE it. Insert adorable family and magic happens. 🙂 Drew and Lizzie are having such a great time being parents and it is so fun to watch!
And seriously—how ridiculously adorable is she?! Those eyes and eyelashes… Sheesh! Bowie is actually in the running for becoming the Gerber baby. If you have a minute, cast a vote for her here! ONE HAPPY BABY!! I love capturing those everyday little moments that people don’t think about. There’s so much beauty in these little tiny moments. Daddy’s little girl! I can hear Bowie’s little giggles so much in this photo below! And of course, a little girl time was in order too! Bowie wants in on the action. She doesn’t miss much!! Lizzie and Drew have always felt really special about elephants and Bowie’s following in their footsteps. Love their passion for animals and nature and to see how much they’re bringing that into this little human’s life is awesome <3
I totally adore this little bashful kind of giggly moment that happened in a sequence of numerous Bowie expressions. Teehee!! ELEPHANNNNNNNNNNNNTS!! Six month sessions are always so fun as kiddos start discovering those toes and hands. And the personality… Oh, the personality!!! We had a little play time with daddy followed by reading time on a log under a giant oak tree. Apparently, Sophie’s Busy Day is a real page-turner… And tastes delicious. SNUGGLE/SMOTHER TIME!!!!!!!!!Well, it wouldn’t be a Stauffer shoot if there weren’t some Toms involved. These just happen to be perfect little itty bitty Bohemian baby size. And I kind of want them in adult size 9. ZERBERTS! Seriously, this moment just about made me cry because it touched me so much! Bowie is so curious and was fascinated with the tall grasses at King Gilette Ranch in the foothills of Malibu. As she touched the blades of grass, Lizzie explained to her that this is Nature and part of our job as humans is to take care of it. Raising good humans <3 And then this moment happened and I giggled along with Bowie. It was a good day. 🙂 Drew, Lizzie, and Bowie—thank you so much for spending the afternoon with me and doing what you do. You guys are always so much fun to document and spend time with! XOXOXOTo the friends and family of Lizzie and Drew, be sure to visit their private gallery and sign their guestbook for family photo updates and gallery release.
