World-class skipping champions! We recently had the pleasure of getting together with Erin and her fam-bam for fun family portraits of her parents, their adult children, and their precious granddaughters. We’ve know Erin for years of working together in the wedding industry as she’s an amazing coordinator on Courtney’s team at After the Engagement. After our last round of super-fun headshots with the crew, we started chatting about doing this session and we were so happy everything finally came together for it as half of the family lives out town. We had a great time with everyone!
Always fun when we work together during these sessions for a little different angle and perspective. Seriously, Erin’s and Doug’s little girls are adorbs and the whole family is pretty entertained and enamored with them!
Love these little in-between moments Gloria and Terry share <3
Dad and his girls!!
Lots of entertaining and fun family moments along the way during their session at Liberty Station.
These grandparents just beam with pride they have for their adult children and of course, those adorable grandkids.
No, seriously, how cute are these four buds?!
Terry and Gloria have a lot of fun with their family and definitely share some really special relationships.
There *may* have been some running jokes about awkward family photos during the session. We just about fell about laughing when they told us they were prepping for their session by reviewing the latest collection. Hilarious!
Don’t you just want to hug these guys? We had a great time with everyone! Especially love this right photo of Terry looking out at the grounds of Liberty Station. It ended up being a great spot for them as he served and lived in the barracks here several decades ago. Perfect addition to telling more of their story of life in San Diego!
Seriously adore how much this family laughs together. Good times, indeed!
Mom and Dad snuck a little kiss and the girls decided to emulate it. Teehee!! Such a great little spontaneous moment 🙂
Lexie and Laney are total BFFs and they are going to share an awesome relationship, you can just tell. So sweet!
Although, this looks like a whole lot o’ trouble…
Daddy and his little girls <3
More hugs and giggles. These are the things life is made of.
Sometimes I discover little tiny things like this when I’m editing images. See the crinkle in Grandpa’s nose when he’s giggling? Notice Lexie’s lil’ scrunchy face? OH. MY. GOODNESS. That’s soooooooo great!
“Who’s the tickle monster?? I’M THE TICKLE MONSTER!!! Bawaaahahahahahahaha!”
Impromptu girls only dance party. Sorry, boys.
That look pretty much sums up life with three daughters!
Sometimes a little pep talk and papa love is just what you need for those brilliant smiles to come back.
International skipping champions back to work, training hard for the summer qualifiers.
And, it’s a wrap, folks! High fives all around!!!
Thank you everyone for inviting us to document the love and fun you share as a family! We appreciate you being such troopers and listening to our silly jokes and encouragement along the way. We hope the images and memories of the day brings you lots of enjoyment and warm fuzzies!!
