We began telling Shelby and Jake’s love story last year down at Mission Beach for their Engagement Session. We continued their story for their very special wedding day down at Marina Village…and now, we are so very proud to celebrate Shelby and Jake’s latest family milestone: the arrival of their adorable baby Walker! We joined Shelby and Jake over at their apartment for their first family session with La Vida, and we were so happy to meet the newest member of the Peterson clan!

Shelby and Jake are handling their new role as parents like champs. And even though they have a whole host of new responsibilities (paired with total sleep deprivation), they still make time to connect with each other and gaze into each others’ eyes.
