The McPhail family!

We shot this session down at Coronado Beach back in November of last year, and we now have the “go-ahead” to post it!:)Jennifer wanted to make sure that all of her family and friends had the opportunity to see these images on their annual Christmas Cards before we put them out on the interwebs. Totally makes sense! So here is a look at their beautiful family…

As you can see, we all had a great time playing in the sand, walking/running about, checking out the surf…can you think of a better way to spend a November morning? I can’t.:)

We love that the McPhails have continued to invite to document their lives. It’s always so fun to reconnect with our clients in person and watch the kids grow.

“CATCH ME CATCH ME CATCH ME CATCH ME CATCH ME CATCH ME!”

Caught ya.:)

One thing that we learned during this shoot was that all of those weird man-made sand dunes actually have a purpose…they spell out the word “CORONADO”. Don’t believe me? Check it out here (not our image): http://0.tqn.com/d/sandiego/1/0/k/7/coronaado_dunes.jpg

WILD, huh?!

I’m not sure what is more bizarre: the fact that years ago, someone had the patience to spell this out so that planes can see it on a fly-by, or the fact that we didn’t know this already. Thanks for sharing this Mike! It goes to show that there is ALWAYS something new to learn about the city you live in!

Jennifer and Mike, congrats on the new addition to the family! And thank you from the bottom of our hearts for inviting us to follow you down the path of life. We always enjoy our time with you guys!
