Remember these happy campers?
Yup. Desiree and Tyler, the awesome couple we photographed during one of their camping trips, finally tied the knot up at the stunningly cool L’Auberge Del Mar! We’ve been so excited in anticipation of meeting their family and friends… you know that feeling that a person (or couple) MUST have an incredible base of family and friends surrounding them? It was totally true on their big day. Everyone was so friendly, and were so excited for Des and Ty’s wedding! We are so pleased to present PART 1 of this phenomenal wedding, and invite you all to stay tuned for PART 2 of their story and amazingly beautiful details coming soon!
I had the pleasure of hanging out with the dudes for awhile down in the bar area while Des was putting on her beautiful gown. ALL smiles.
And, of course, Betsy was able to have some fun with the ladies as well! Everyone in the bridal party was so helpful and attentive. Love that!
These two were SOOOOOOO excited to see each other for their First Look and spend time together capturing their emotions of the day. Um, do you think we love that or what?!

They really shared some wonderful moments together… all to themselves. This makes us well up every time!

After the First Look, we cruised around the property for a few minutes for some fun! L’Auberge is such a wonderful spot to be married!

Even the lobby of L’Auberge has that quality that the French call a certain… “I don’t know what”.
And the fabulous cast of characters in the bridal party! Loved the attire they chose for their peeps!
Daddy is SO proud!I imagine Des is saying something like: “Don’t EVEN get me started!”
I always love that awkward moment when the bride approaches the groom with her dad, and someone almost always forgets who to hug or whose hand to shake. It actually happened at our own wedding as well! Always makes for a great moment of laughter as well!

Desiree and Tyler allowed enough time in their wedding day timeline for some quick portraits down at the cliffs near Seagrove Park. We absolutely LOVE it when couples give us some time to play and capture the many emotions of the day. Love that post-ceremony glow and giddiness!
Desiree’s dad is a total laugh riot. His toast was funny, meaningful, and…most importantly…full of love.
This is just how these two are with one another… total love and adoration, but definitely now how to have fun together.
Fun and super sweet parent dances! Love seeing that window into our couples’ relationships with their parents!
Nothing starts off a party like a few guys playing Matador and Bull on the dance floor. Hilarious!
